Clareo Agency / Contractor websites
Professional websites.
Built for contractors.
I help contractors build a professional online presence—with clear service information, straightforward quote requests and practical local SEO foundations.
A practical fit
For tree service, septic, demolition, excavation, roofing, paving, concrete and landscaping businesses looking for a clearer online presence.
These are the trades I aim to help—not a list of proven client results.01 / The opportunity
Make it easier to
choose your business.
A prospective customer needs to understand what you do, where you work and how to reach you. A confusing website can make that decision harder.
Clear information
Services and service areas that customers can understand quickly.
Mobile-friendly pages
Readable content and contact options on the phone in their hand.
Straightforward inquiries
Prominent call links and a practical quote-request form.
Useful measurement
Visibility into the website actions your configured tools can collect.
02 / Website setup
A professional website.
A clear project price.
One-time design and development, with the scope agreed before work begins. $497.50 upfront and $497.50 after review and approval, before final launch or handover.
The website foundations
- Professional design and development
- Mobile-friendly layout
- Clear services and service-area content
- Prominent call and quote-request options
- Contact form functionality
- Page titles, headings and metadata
Access-dependent work
Google Business Profile review or optimization when relevant, eligible and authorized. Basic website inquiry tracking where technically supported and configured.
Advanced ongoing SEO, backlinks, paid ads, daily profile management, call-tracking subscriptions and ongoing review management are not presented as part of the setup.
Need help beyond the setup?
Optional ongoing work starts with a separate discussion and proposal. Scope, availability and pricing must be agreed; no monthly price or required subscription is advertised here.
03 / The process
From first discussion
to launch and review.
Discuss & review
I learn about your business, services, service area and current website.
Agree the project
We confirm the scope and payment arrangement. The first 50% starts the project.
Design & develop
I build the website around your services, mobile visitors and straightforward contact options.
Review & approve
You review the completed website. The remaining 50% is due after approval, before final launch or handover under the agreed terms.
Launch & handover
I complete applicable technical checks and the launch or handover agreed for your project.
Review 30 days
I prepare an observed-performance report using the data available from configured tracking.
Recent work / Anonymous tree-service project
One website.
A practical result.
The owner reports 15 inbound inquiries in the first 43 days after launch for this tree-service website. This is one project’s outcome—not a forecast or guarantee for another business.
Read the project detailsAfter launch / 30-day report
Observed performance.
Not promises.
Where data is available, your report reviews traffic sources, landing-page activity, contact form submissions and tracked phone-button clicks, alongside technical observations and recommended next steps.
A phone-button click is not a completed call. A form submission is not automatically a qualified lead, booked job or revenue. Missing or unconfigured data is identified—not estimated as fact.
Before you decide
Good questions.
Clear answers.
What does the website package cost?
The website setup is $995 total, not a monthly website fee. The agreed project scope and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.
How does the 50/50 payment work?
50% is paid upfront to begin. The remaining 50% is paid after you have reviewed and approved the completed website, before final launch or handover under the agreed terms.
What is included?
Website design and development, a mobile-friendly layout, clear service and service-area information, call and quote-request options, a contact form and on-page SEO foundations. Profile work and tracking depend on eligibility, access and the agreed scope. The 30-day report uses available tracking data.
Will I own my domain and website?
Ownership, account access, transferable assets and any separate hosting or third-party costs need to be set out in the project agreement before you commit. Ask me to confirm the arrangement for your project; this page does not promise ownership of third-party software or accounts.
Can you work with my existing domain?
Share your domain during the initial discussion. I’ll review the access and technical requirements before agreeing any connection or transfer. No domain changes happen without authorization.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or leads?
No. A professional website and local SEO foundations support your online presence, but rankings, inquiries, booked jobs and revenue are not guaranteed.
What does local SEO include?
The website setup covers relevant page titles, metadata, headings and clear service information. Google Business Profile work is conditional on the client’s eligibility, accurate information and authorized access. Advanced ongoing SEO, backlinks and paid advertising are not implied as included.
What happens after launch?
The 30-day report reviews available website activity, configured inquiry events, technical observations and next steps. Any maintenance or ongoing service needs a separate agreed scope.
Can I request ongoing support?
Yes—ask about your priorities. Scope, availability and pricing must be confirmed in a separate proposal. The one-time website setup does not advertise a required marketing subscription.
Your next step
Start with a clearer picture.
Request a free website and online-presence audit. I’ll review your current website, how clearly it presents your services, and how easily a customer can contact you.
This is an initial review with practical observations—not a free website build or an ongoing consulting service.
